AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,

LOCATED EAST OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND NORTH OF
JEWETT LANE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VOLUNTARY
ANNEXATION PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 171. 044, LAWS
OF FLORIDA, 1975.
~E~AS, there has been filed wi~ the City Clerk of the City
of Sanford, Florida, a petition containing the name of the prope~y owner in the
area described here~after requesting annexation to the corporate area of the
City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included therein; and
WHEEAS, ~e Prope~y Appraiser of Seminole Co~tL Florida,
having ce~ified that there is one pro~y owner in the area to be annexed and that
said prope~y owner has signed the petition for a~exation; and
WHEEAS, it has been determined that the prope~y described
hereinafter is contiguous to the corporate area of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and it has fu~her been determined that ~e a~exation of said property will not
result in the creation of an enclave, and
WHEEAS, the City of Sanford, Florida is in a position to provide
municipal seaices to the prope~y described herein, and the City Commission of
the City of Sanford, Florida deems it in the best interest of the City to accept said
petition and to annex said property.
NOW, THEEFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY TE EOPLE OF TE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that ce~ain property in Seminole Co~ty, Florida,
described as follows be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the
City of Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the volun!ary annexation provisions of

I, H. N. Tamm, Jr., City Clerk of the City of Sanford,
Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct copy of the
foregoing Ordinance No. 1354, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City
Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the llth day
of October, 1976, was POSTED at the front door of the City
Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 12th day of Oc-
tober, 1976.
