SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE/LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the CITY OF SANFORD, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the holder of a certain Agreement for
Housing Rehabilitation or Reconstruction Funded by Community Development Block
Grant executed by WILLIE MAE ANDERSON dated April 12, 2018 and recorded March
16, 2023 in Official Records Book 10406 Page 79-104, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida, securing funds in the original principal sum of One Hundred Forty Eight
Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Dollars and no/100 ($148,815.00), and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said Agreement, upon the property situate in said State and
County described in said Agreement hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction
of said Agreement and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk
of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same ofrecord.
