1351 ORDINANCE NO. 1351
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID CHAPTER BEING ENTITLED
WATER, SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, SAID AMEND-
ENT AMENDING SECTION 28-24 TEEOF TO PROVIDE
FOR AN INCREASE IN WATER CONSUMPTION RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 28-24 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the
City of Sanford, Florida, be, and the same is hereby, amended by increasing
the rates for water consumption according to the schedule attached hereto aad
by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Except as specifically herein modified said Section
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Ordiaance shall become effective September 1,
1976.
