1350 ORDINANCE NO. 1350
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID CHAPTER BEING ENTITLED
WATER, SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, SAID A1ViEND-
1VIENT AIVIENDING SECTION 28-25 THEREOF TO PROVIDE
FOR AN INCREASE IN SEWER RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 28-25 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the
City of Sanford, Florida, be, and the same is hereby, amended by increasing the
sewer rates according to the schedule attached hereto and by reference incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. Except as specifically herein modified said Section
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3o This Ordinance shall become effective September
1976.
