adopted by the City of Sanford and enforced by the Building Division. The violations noted must
be addressed before the plans can be approved. Changes to plans shall be submitted on the same
size format as the original submittal. Changes to construction documents that. require an Architect
or Engineer's seal must be submitted with the appropriate seal.
