1348 ORDINANCE NO. 1348
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LYING BETWEEN LAUREL AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE AND
BETWEEN SEVENTH STHEET AND EIGHTH STREET TO
RC-1 (RESTRICTED COM1VLERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11o 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures° land and water
for trade, industry° residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 9~ Tier 70 Town of Sanford,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
