1345 ORDINANCE NO. 1345
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
A1VLENDING CHAPTER 12-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING KNOWN AS
THE GAS CODE, SAID AMENDMENT ADOPTING THE
1976 EDITION OF THE SOUTHERN STANDARD GAS CODE
AS PREPARED BY THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE
CONGRESS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 12-1 of Chapter 12 entitled "Gas Code"
of the Sanford City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12-1. ADOPTED.
The Southern Standard Gas Code, 1976 edition, prepared by the
Southern Building Code Congress, is hereby adopted by the City, one (1) copy
of which code is filed in the office of the City Clerk as a matter of permanent
record of the City, and the matters and contents therein are made a part of this
Chapter by reference as fully and completely as if set forth herein, and such
copy shall remain on file in said office available for public inspection.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
