1341 ORDINANCE NO. 1341 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING WEST OF UPSALA ROAD, OPPOSITE LARKWOOD DRIVE, AND NORTH OF TEE:~N' GREEN ESTATES TO SR-1 (SINGLE- FA1VIILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT: BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~ Floridas passed and adopted December 11o 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida~ regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: The South one-half of Lot 51 (less the East 138 feet), New Upsala Subdivision, according to the Plat ~hereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 67, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June 1976.
