ORDINANCE NO. 1337
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~
CLOS~G, VACAT~G AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
~APLE AVENUE LY~G BET~EN 2~ND STREET A~D
__ 24TH STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA.
~ ~ BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:

~ ~ SECTION 1. Tha~ a portion of Maple Avenue lying between
22nd ~reet and 24~h S~reet, being more particularly described as follows:
Tha~ portion of Maple Avenue abutting Lots 13 ~hrough 36,
Bonaventure, accord~g to the plat ~hereof recorded in
Pla~ Book 5, Page 85, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and ~he s~e is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street
[n the City of Sanford, and ~he City does hereby discla~ for itself and ~he
public all [nteres~ therein, reserv~g ~he use of same unto the City of Sanford
for u~ility purposes.
SECTION 2. That all ord~ances or par~s of ord[nances in conflict
herewith be and the s~e are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Tha~ this ordnance shall become effective ~med[a~ely
upon [~s passage and adoption.
