ALLEY LYING BET~EN 18TH ST~ET AND 20TH ST~ET
AND BET~EN CHASE AVENUE AND LA5 AVENUE,
RESERVING T~ USE OF SA~ UNTO THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION t. That those ce~a~ alleys described as:
That ce~ain East-West alley and that ce~ain Noah-South
alley abutting Lots 2 through 6, San-Sere Knolls, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 48,
Public Records of Seminole Co~ty~ Florida, and abutting
Lots 53 through 64 and 67 through 69, Pinehurst, according
lo the ~la~ lhereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 71, Public
~cords of Seminole County, Flo~da,
be and ~he same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys in
~he City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for i~self and the public
all interest ~herein~ rese~ing the use of said alleys un~o ~he City of Sanford for
u~itity purposes.
SECTION 2. Tha~ all ordinances or pa~s of ord~ances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon i~s passage and adoplion.
