1332 ORDINANCE NO. 1332 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGrNG THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ON THE WEST SIDE OF UPSALA ROAD, OPPOSITE LARKWOOD DRIVE, AND NORTH OF TEE N' GREEN ESTATES TO SR-1 (SINGLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford0 Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings° structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: The West one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter (less South 828.35 feet) Section 33, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
