ORDINANCE NO. 1330
AN ORDINANCE OF TRE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX WITHIN THE
CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AT THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE APPROVAL
OF SAID ORDINANCE THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY CONSISTING
OF APPROXIMATELY 2. 4885 ACRES LYING WEST OF AND
ABUTTING WEST JINKINS CIRCLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TIrE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 74-190, LAWS OF FLORIDA.
V~FIEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Sanford, Florida, a petition containing the name of the property owner in the area
described hereinafter requesting annexation to the corporate area of the City of
Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be located therein; and
V~-IEEAS, the property Appraiser of Seminole County, Florida,
having certified that there is one property owner in the area to be annexed and that
said property owner has signed the petition for annexation, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida°
has deemed it in the best interest of the City to accept said Petition and intends
to annex said area.
NOW, TREREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida,
hereby declares its intention to annex to and to make a part of the City of Sanford,
Florida, at the expiration of thirty days from the date of the passage of this
Ordinance, as provided for by Chapter 74-190, Laws of Florida~ 1974, that
certain property described as follows:

From the Southwest corner of Lot 10 SOUTH PIECREST,
FOURTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 42 and 43 of the Public
Records of Seminole County~ Florida, run South along the
West line of said South Pine crest, Fourth Addition, 50 feet
to the point of beginning, thence continue South along said
West line 542 feet, thence South 89° 57' 44" West 200 feet,
thence North 542 feet, thence North 89Q 57' 44" East 200
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2. 4885 acres, more
or less.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
