AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1ViENDING SECTION 19-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING KNOVv'N AS
THE PLUMBING .CODE, SAID A1ViEND1ViENT ADOPTING
THE STANDARD PLUMBING CODE, 1975 EDITION° AS
PEEPAltED BY THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS
INTERNATIONAL, INC.
BE IT ENACED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 19-1 entitled Plumbing Code of the Sanford
City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 19-1. Adoption of Standard Plumbing Code.
The Standard Plumbing Code, 1975 Edition, as prepared
by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc.
is hereby adopted by the City, and a copy of said Code is filed
in the Office of the City Clerk as a matter of permanent record
of the City, and the matters and contents therein are made a
part of this chapter by reference as fully and completely as if
set forth herein, and such copy shah remain on file in said
office available for public inspection.'
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
