1325 ORDINANCE NO. 1325 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN THIRD STREET AND FOURTH STREET AND BETWEEN CYPRESS AVENUE AND PINE AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: Lot 3, Block 17, Chapman and Tuckers Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 24, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
