ORDINANCE NO. 1324
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA,
CL~ING, VACATING AND ABANDONING T~T CERTAIN
EAST-~ST ALLEY LYING BETWEEN CHAP~N AVENUE
AND LOCUST AVEN~ AND BETWEEN SECOND ST~ET
AND THIRD STREET EXTENDED EAST, RESERVING THE
USE OF SAID ALLEY UNTO THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That tha~ ce~ain alley described as:
Tha~ ce~ain East-West alley lying between Block D
and Block G~ Neaves Addition to Normany Square~
according %o %he Plat thereof as recorded in Pla~
Book 1~ Page 123, Public ~cords of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and %he same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for i~self and the
public all in~eres~ %herein, reserving the use of said alley ~%o %he City of
Sanford for utility purposes.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and ~he same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3. That this ordin~ce shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption,
