AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VLENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF TI-I~ CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE SA1VLE BEING KNOV~N AS
THE PLUMBING CODEs SAID A1VfEND1VLENT AMENDING
SECTION 19-3 OF SAID CODE TO PROVIDE A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR INSTALLATIONS, ALTERATIONS° R~PAIRS OR
REPLACEiVLENT OF EQUIP1VAENT OR SYSTEMS COVEI~ED
BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE, SAID FEE SCHEDULE
TO ]KE IN ACCORDANCE V~iTH TILE FEES AS iViAY BE
ADOPTED FRO1V~ TI1VLE TO TIME BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 19-3. A1ViEND1VLENTS TO CODE.
Section 106.3 (a) of the code adopted in Section 19-1 is amended
to read as follows:
No person, firm or corporation shall do, or cause to be done, any
installations, alterations, repairs or replacement of equipment or systems
covered by the provisions of the Code without first paying to the City a fee ia
accordance with the Fee Schedule as may be adopted from time to time by the
City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
