AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
A1VLENDING CHAPTER 18 1/2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE SA1VIE BEING KNOW'N AS
THE MECHANICAL CODE, SAID AIVIEND1ViENT PROVIDING
A FEE SCHEDULE FOR INSTALLATIONS, ALTERATIONS,
REPAIRS OR P~EPLACEM ENT OF EQUIp]~Et~IT OR SYSTEMS
COVERED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE, SAID FEE
SCHEDULE TO BE IN ACCORDANCE V~iTH THE FEES AS
MAY BE ADOPTED FROM TIE TO TI1VLE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 18 1/2 entitled Mechanical Code of the
Sanford City Code is hereby amended by adding the following:
Sec. 18 1/2 - 3 Fees
No person, firm or corporation shall do~ or cause to be done, any
installations, alterations, repairs or replacement o£ equipment or systems
covered by the provisions of the Code without first paying to the City a fee in
accordance with the Fee Schedule as may be adopted from time to time by the
City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shah become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
