1318 ORDINANCE NO. 1318
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING Oi:~DINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LYING BETWEEN IROQUOIS AVENUE AND MOHAWK AVENUE
AND BETWEEN SANTA BARBARA DRIVE AND DESOTA DRIVE
TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11o 1972, said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 1 through 6 and lots 17 through 26, Block 21,
Dreamwold, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 99° Public Records of Seminole
County~ Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family
Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
