AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING PORTIONS OF
14TH STt~EET LYING BETWEEN THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF LAKE AVENUE AND THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF ROUNDTREE STREET AND LYING BETWEEN THE
SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF WILLIAMS STREET AND THE NORTHERLY
EXTENSION OF THE EAST LINE OF LOT 65, BLOCK K,
A. D. CHAPPELL'S SUBDIVISION.

m BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That portions of that certain street described as:
~ a. That portion of 14th Street lying between the West
~ right-of-way line of Lake Avenue and the East
~ right-of-way line of Roundtree Street;
~ b. That portion of 14th Street lying between the Southerly
~p extension of the West right-of-way line of Willtams
Street and the Northerly extension of the East line of
~ Lot 65, Block K~ A. D. Chappell's Subdivision,
~ according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,
~ Page 71, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.

· be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street
in ~he City of Sanfordo and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or par~s of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
