AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING THOSE CERTAIN
ALLEYS LYING BETWEEN HOLLY AVENUE AND CEDAR
AVENUE AND BETWEEN WEST FIRST STREET AND
COM1VIERCIAL STREET, ~SERVING THE USE OF SAID
EAST-~ST ALLEY UNTO THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, FOR UTILITY EASE~NT.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF T~ CITY OF SANFO~, FLO~DA:
SECTION 1. That %hose ce~ain alleys described as:
That ce~ain Eas~-West alley in Block 2, Tier 11, E. R.
Traffords Map of Sanford, Plat Book 1, Page 61, ~blic
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
and
That ce~ain No~h-Sou~ ~ley in Block 2, Tier
E. R. Traffords Map of Sanford, Pla~ Book 1~ Page 61,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public alleys in
the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself ~d the public
all inheres% therein, Peserving %he use of said East-West alley unto ~e City of
Sanford for u%ilffy easement
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or pa~s of ordinances in conflic~
herewi~ be and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Tha~ this ordin~ce shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
