AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~ SAID AM END1ViENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING NORTH
OF 25TH STREET (SR 46) AND BET~VEEN YALE AVENUE
AND SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
TO SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE 'PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION i. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford0
Florida, passed and adopted December 11~ 1972~ said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Cily of Sanford, Floridaa regulating
and restricting ~he location and use of buildings~ structures, land and water
for tPade~ indusiry~ residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 44 and 45~, Phillips Terrace° according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 59~
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family
Residential Dwelling} District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or paris of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
