AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1ViENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~ SAID A1VIEND1VfENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETV~EEN SANTA BARBARA DRIVE AND DESOTA DRIVE
AND BETVV'EEN IROQUOIS AVENUE AND MOHA~VK AVENUE
TO GC-2 (GENERAL COM1VIERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December 11, 1972~ said ordinance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfordo Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures° land and water
for trade, industry~ residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lot ?~ Block 21o Dreamwold, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4o Page S9~ Public
Records of Seminole County, Floridas
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
