1308 ORDINANCE NO. 1308
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
MAKING APPROPRrATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER
1, 1975 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1976.
~IEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted a
'budget of revenues and expenditures of the City of Sanford, Florida, for the
fiscal year begLnnLng October 1, 1975 and ending Septera'bet 30, 19760 in
accordance with the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida, and upon consideration
thereof, sa~d budget of revenues and expenditures was adopted and approved as
the Budget of said City for the fiscal year beginning OctOber 1, 1975 and endLng
September 30° 1976; and
WHEREAS, the C~ty Commiss~oners of the City of Sanford are
of the opinion that the several items of expenditures for said fiscal year beg~nnLng
October 1, 1975 and ending September 30, 1976 are reasonable, necessary and
proper for the administration of the affairs of said City and the proper conduct
of said C~ty,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That said budget of revenues and expenditures of
said City of Sanford, Florida for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1975 and
ending September 30, 1976, approved by Resolution of the City Cornmission of
the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 8theday of September A.D., !975, a copy of
which is attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the
same is hereby ratified, approved, confirmed, accepted and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the sa~d esthnates of expenditures be and
they are hereby established and fLxed as appropriations from the revenues to
be derived by said City of Sanford, Florida from taxes to be levied and
collected, and from all other sources, for the various purposes as set
forth in said estknates for the said period begknning Octtiber 1, 1975, and
endkng September 30, 1976.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith 'be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordknance shall become effective
October 1, 1975.

RESOLUTION NO. 1198
A RESOLUTION OF .THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
OF REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1975 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1976; AND CAPITAL BUDGET.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article VI of the Charter,
as amended, of the City of Sanford, Florida, the City Manager of the City
of Sanford, Florida has made and submitted to the City Commission of the
City of Sanford, Florida an esthnate for budget of revenues and expenditures
of the City of Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning October 10 1975
and ending September 30, 1976, and a Capital budget, such esthnates or
budget having been made with particular application to the various departments
of the City, a true copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made a
part of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, each and every item contained and set forth in
said budgets prepared by the City Manager has been carefully considered
by this Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Sanford, Florida, .that said budget as prepared and submitted by
~he City Manager.to the City Commission be and the same is here~by adopted
as the budget fQrthe City of Sanford, Florida, for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1975 and ending September 30, 1976; and the Capital budget as
prepared and su'bmitted by the City Manager to the City Commission be and
the same is hereby adopted.
BElT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon collection of any
revenues of said City, the City Clerk shall allocate from each dollar collected
and received the several amounts to the respective funds for purposes for
which the same are here'by authorized and approved.
