1307 ORDINANCE NO. 1307
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND MAPLE AVENUE AND
BETWEEN 18TH STREET AND 20TH STREET TO GC-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordhaance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted Decera'bet 110 1972, said ordLnance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfordo Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows~
Lots 43° 44 and 45, Florida Addition to Pineburst,
according to the Plat thereof recorded ha Plat Book 5,
Page 79, Public Records of Seminole County, Floi"~da,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances ha conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September , 1975.
