AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD. FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN CEDAR AVENUE AND HOLLY AVENUE AND
BETWEEN FIFTH STREET AND SIXTH STREET TO GC-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordhnance being the
comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the C~ty of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 5, 9 and 10, Block 7, Tier 11, E. R. Trafford's
Map of the Town of Sanford, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 56-64, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
D~str~ct.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
knrned[ately upon ~ts passage and adoption.
