ORDINANCE NO. 1303
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX WITHIN THE
CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA,
AT THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE APPROVAL
OF SAID ORDINANCE THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY ON SAN FORD
AVENUE AND BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE AND PALMWAY
AND BETWEEN POINSETTIA DRIVE AND ROSE DRIVE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 74-190o
LAWS OF FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, tlhere has been f~led w~th the CRy Clerk of the C~ty of
Sanfordo Florida, a petition containing the names of the property owners in the
area described here~nafter requesting armexation to the corporate area of the
C~ty of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be located there~n; and
WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser of Seminole County, Ftor~da,
having certified that there are two property owners in the area to be annexed and
that the said property owners have signed the petition for annexation, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the CKty of Sanfordo Flor[da~
has deemed it in the best interest of the C~ty to accept said Petition and intends
to annex sa~d area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City Commission of the C~ty of Sanford, Florida,
hereby declares its intention to annex to and to make a part of the City of Sanford,
Florida, at the expiration of thirty days from the date of the passage of th~s
Ordinance, as provided for by Chapter 74-190, Laws of Florida0 19740 that
certain property described as follows:

Lot 3, Block 2~ FLOItA HEIGHTS, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 19, Public Records
of Semiaole County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That this ordinaace shah become e£fective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct copy of
