1299 ORDINANCE NO. 1299
AN ORDrNANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDlinG THE CONDITIONAL USE PROVISIONS OF
ARTICLE V OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID ARTICLE BEING ENTITLED
"USE PROVISIONS", SAID AMENDMENT ADDING AND
AMENDING CONDITIONAL USES RELATIVE TO RC-1
(RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL)DISTRICT AND GC-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article V, Use Provisions, Section 8, RC-1,
Restricted Commercial District, Sub-sect[on B, Conditional Uses Permitted,
shall be amended by the addition of paragraph (8), as follows:
(8) SLngle-family and two-family dwellings.
SECTION 2. That Article V, Use Provisions, Section 9, GC-2,
General Commercial Distr~ct, Sub-section B, Conditional Uses Permitted,
paragraph (1) shall be amended as follows:
(1) Any conditional use permitted in the RC-1 Re-
stricted Commercial District, or any use permitted
in the RI-1, Restricted Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That Article V, Use Provisions, Section 9, GC-2,
General Commercial District, Sub-section B. Conditional Uses Permitted, shall
be amended by the addition of paragraph (9), as follows:
(9) Multiple-family housing structures conforming
to the requirements of the RMOI District.
SECTION 4. That all other provisions of said Article not in
conflict herew ith shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall becume effective Lrnmediately
upon its passage and adopt[on.
