AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY0 SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF T~VENTY-
FOURTH STREET AND FRENCH AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~
Florida, passed and adopted December 11~ 1972~ said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida~ regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade~ industry~ residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The South 150 feet of the following described parcel:
Lots 10 2, 3 and 8 (less portions conveyed for Highway
purposes) and Lot 9 and the ~Vest 40 feet of Lot 10o and
all that part of Lots 4 and 5~ lying West of a line parallel
to~ and 40 feet East of the East line of said Lots 1~ 2 and 8~
all in Block 9 of Highland Park° Plat Book 4, Page 28~ Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
