AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITYo SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN ~VITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1ViENDIVLENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT
THE SOUTH~VEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
LOCUST AVENUE AND EAST CELERY AVENUE TO
(RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December 11~ 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and res~c~ing the location and use of buildings~ struc~ures~ land and ~ater
for irade, industry~ ~esidence o~ other purposes, be and the same is hereby
~ended as follows:
Lots 1~ 2 and 8, Block 4 A~ 2nd Section San Lanta,
according ~o ~he Plat thereof recorded in Pla~ Book
Page 88~ ~blic Records of Seminole Coun~y~ Florida,
be and ~he same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflic~
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That tMs ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
