1294 ORDINANCE NO. 1294
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA° SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
PEAR AVENUE AND PEACH AVENUE AND BETWEEN EIGHTEENTH
STREET AND NINETEENTH STREET SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAl
DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1o That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida°
passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford~ Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry~
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 9, PINE LEVEL SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6,
Page 37~ Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single Family
Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
