AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1ViENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ON
THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH SANFORD AVENUE, BETV~EEN
AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND SANORA BOULEVARD TO PUD
(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP1VLENT) MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford0 Florida,
passed and adopted December 14 1972, said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting
the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes° be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
The N 178.72 feet of the S 779.22 feet of the W 300 feet
of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Township 20 S,
Range 31 E, Seminole County, Florida. LESS right-of-way
for State Road 427.
and
The N 330.5 feet of the S 600 feet of the W 300 feet of
the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Township 20 S,
Range 31 E, Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in PUD (Planned Unit
Development) Multi-Family Residential District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
