AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BE ING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLOR/DA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
13TH PLACE AND 14TH STREET AND EAST OF SOUTHWEST
ROAD TO SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT.
BE tT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972~ said ordinance being the comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting
the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Begin at the NW corner of Lot 20, Robinson Survey, run
East 150 feet, South 95 feet, East 100 feet, South 95 feet,
West to the SW corner of said Lot 20; thence Northeasterly
along the East right-of-way line of the Southwest Road to the
Point of Beginning, all in Lot 20, Robinson Survey, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, Page 92, Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single Family
Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption°
