AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA~
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF CORNWALL ROAD, EAST OF SANFORD AVENUE
AND NORTH OF PINE OAK DRIVE TO AD (AGRICULTURE)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford0
Florida° passed and adopted December 11~ 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures~ land and water
for trade° industry~ residence or other purposes~ be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Parcel 1:
All that part of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town-
ship 20 So Range 31 E~ Seminole County, Florida, lying
N of ~ine Oak Drive and S of Silver Lake Drive.
Parcel No. 2:
All that part of the S 1/2 of ~he SW 1/4 of Section 8, Town-
ship 20 S, Range 31 Eo Seminole County° Florida, lying
S of Silver Lake Drive.
be and the same is hereby placed in AD (Agriculture)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3o That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
