1281 ORDINANCE NO. 1281
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF CORNWALL ROAD, EAST OF SANFORD AVENUE
AND NORTH OF PINE OAK DRIVE TO MI-2 (MEDIUM
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida° regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures° land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Parcel No. 1:
All that part of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7~ Town-
ship 20 S, Range 31 E. ~ Seminole County, Florida, lying
S of Cornwall Road, E of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
and W of Mellonville Avenue.
Parcel No. 2:
All that part of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town-
ship 20 S, Range 31 E, Seminole County, Florida, LESS
the W 1050.00 feet of the S 766.7 feet thereof lying S of
Cornwall Road, W of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and N
of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad spur.
Parcel No. 3:
All that part of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town-
ship 20 S, Range 31 E, Seminole County, Florida lying
Easterly of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and N of Pine
Oak Drive.
be and the same is hereby placed in MI-2 (Medium Industrial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
