AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF AIR-
PORT BOULEVARD AND MC CRACKEN ROAD TO GC-2
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location ancl u~e of buildings, structures° laud and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That part of Lot 73, M. M. Smith's Subdivision, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55 of the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida described as
follows: Beg at the intersection of the Sly r/w line of McCracken
Road and the Ely r/w line of Airport Boulevard, thence run
NEly 200 feet along said Sly r/w line of McCracken Road, S 200
feet° SWly 200 feet, parallel with said Sly r/w line of McCracken
Road, to said Ely r/w line of Airport Boulevard, N 200 feet to
Point of Beginning,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION~ 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
