USE OF SAID ALLEY UNTO T~ CITY OF SANFORD FOR
UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA:
SECTION 1. Th~ ~a~ certain alley described as:

~h~ough 19 and Lo~s ~8 ~h~ough 88, Amended Pla~ of
O~ange Heigh~s~ according ~o ~he Pla~ ~he~eof as

Seminole County, Florida,
be and ~he same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley in
~he City of Sanfo~d~ and ~he Cffy does hereby disclaim fo~ ffself and ~he
public all in~e~es~ ~he~ein, ~ese~ing ~he use of said alley un~o ~e City of
Sanfo~d fo~ u~ili~y purposes.
SECTION 2. Tha~ all o~dinances o~ pa~s of o~dinances in conflic~
herewith be and ~he same a~e hereby ~epealed.
SECTION 8. Th~ ~his o~dinance shall become effective immediately
upon ffs passage ~d adoption.
