AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT AMENDING
ARTICLE VIo OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING
REGULATIONS; SECTION 2, OFF-STREET PAP, KING
REQUIREMENTS, PARAGRAPH (18) TO PROVIDE TEN
SPACES FOR EACH 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL FLOOR
AREA FOR DRUG STORES AND SUPER MARKETS.
BE IT. ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article VI, Off-Street Parking and Loading
Regulations; Section 2, Off-Street Parking Requirements; Paragraph (18)
shall be amended to read as follows:
"(18) Drug Stores and Super Markets: Ten spaces for
each 1,000 square fee of retail floor area.
SECTION 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
