1251 ORDINANCE NO. 1251
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY~ SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN
ELM AVENUE AND MYRTLE AVENUE AND BETWEEN 26TH
STREET AND 27TH STREET TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT).
BE tT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida~
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford~ Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That property described as follows, to~wit:
Lot 451 and N 1/2 of Lot 453, Frank L. Woodruff's
Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole
'County, Florida°
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted Commercial
District).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or par~s of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
