1247 ORDINANCE NO. 1247
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN MATTIE STREET AND 26TH PLACE (WYLLY
AVENUE) AND ABUTTING DEPOT AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 4, 5, and 8, Block 11, A.B. Russell's Addit[on to
Fort Reed, according to the Plat thereof, recorded In
Plat Book 1, Page 97, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, and that portion of Seaboard Coast Line Bailroad
right-of-way lying between the Easterly extension of the
North line of Lot 4 and the Easterly extension of the
South line of Mattie Street.
be and the same is hereby placed in MI-2, (Medium
Industrial District).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective knmed~ately
upon its passage and adoption.
