1246 ORDINANCE NO. 1246
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN FRENCH AVENUE AND LAUREL AVENUE
AND BETWEEN 15TH STREET AND 18TH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Flor ida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordknance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of 'buildings, structures, land and water for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Orange Heights Amended Plat, ~
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
84, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2, (General
Commercial District).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance ~shall become effective [rnmed[ately
upon its passage and adoption.
