CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
UNNAMED EASEMENT DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF
SANFORD ON MARCH 13, 1973, AND RECORDED ~
OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 975, PAGE 1404, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF SEM~OLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
EASEMENT BEING ADJACENT TO AND EASTERLY OF
U.S. HIGHWAY ~17 & ~92, SAID EASEMENT BEING
APPROXIMATELY SEVENTY (70) FEET IN WIDTH RUN-
N~G IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION FROM U.S. HIGH-
WAY ~17 & ~92, SAID EASEMENT BEING MORE SPECI-
FICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That portion of a cer~a~ easement ~n the City of
Sanford, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Beg~ 170.93 ft S of the El
~ Section Post of Section 11,
Township 208, Range 30E; thence run S 2° 42' 51" W
along the E line of said Section 11, for 76.34 ft to apt;
thence run N 63° 46' 14" W at right angles to the Ely
right~f-way line of U.S. Highway ~17 & ~92 for 882.63
ft to apt on said Ely ~lgh~-of-way l~e; thence run N
26° 13' 44" E along said Ely right-of-way l~e for 70.00
ft to apt; thence run S 63° 46' 14" E at right angles to
said Ely right-of-way l~e for 852.17 ft to the POB.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public easement
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby d[scla~ for itself and the pub-
lic all interest therein.
SECTION 2. Thai all ord~ances or par~s of ord~ances ~ conflict
herewith be and the s~e are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ~mediately
upon ~ts passage and adoption.
