1242 ORDINANCE NO. 1242
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORDo FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING WEST
OF GRENADA AVENUE AND BETWEEN SARITA STREET
AND BRtARCLIFFE STREET TO SR-1 (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION t. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 1 through 4 and Lots 22 through 25, Block 11o
Dreamwold, according to plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single Family
Residential Dwell[ng~ D~str~ct.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adopt[on.
