AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
LAKE MARY BOULEVARD AND ART LANE TO SR-1
(SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Cornprehens[ve Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Commencing 75 feet N, 801 feet E of SW corner Govern-
ment Lot 3, Section 10, Township 20 South, Range 30
East, run N 417.42 feet, E 417.42 feet, S 417.42 feet,
W 417.42 feet to Point of Beginning Sec. 10-20-30,
Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single -
Family Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordLnance shall become effective Lrn-
mediarely upon its passage and adoption.
