ORDINANCE NO. 1238
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
AN EAST-WEST ALLEY LYING BETWEEN COOKE AVENUE
AND GLENWAY DRIVE AND CLINTON STREET AND GROVE
MANOR DRIVE (LINCOLN STREET).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of that certain alley in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That pro~ion of a certain alley running East and W~st and
lying between Cooke Avenue and Glenway Drive and Clinton
Street and Grove Manor Drive (LincOln Street).
be and ~he same is hereby closed, vacated and ~bandoned as a public alley in
the City of Sanford.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall 'become effective Lmmed[ately
upon its passage and adoption.
