CLOS~G, VACATING AND ABANDON~G THE EASTERLY
~0 FEET OF GLENWAY DRIVE LYING BETWEEN CL~TON
STREET AND GROVE MANOR DRIVE (L~COLN
AND R~SEBVING THE US~ OF SAME UNTO THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a por,~[on of a certain s~reet in ~he City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, ~o-w[t:
The Easterly 20 feet of Glenway Drive lying between Clinton
Street and Grove Manor Drive (Lincoln S~reet).
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as
the City of Sanford, and ~he City does hereby d[scla~ for itself and %he public
all ~terest %herein, except ~hat ~he City of Sanford hereby reserves ~11 of the
above described street unto the City of Sanford for u~Hlty purposes.
SECTION 2. That all ord~ances or par~s of ord~ances in conflict
herewith be and ~he s~e are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Tha~ ~h[s ordnance shall become effective ~media~ely
upon its passage and adoption.
