1236 ORDINANCE NO. 1236 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITH THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING BETWEEN ORLANDO DRIVE (17-92) AND HIAWATHA AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,, FLORIDA: SECTION 1.
