AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITH THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN ORLANDO DRIVE (17-92) AND HIAWATHA
AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance no. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted Decera'bet 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfbrd, Florida, regulat~ng
and restricting the location and use of buLldings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
