AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 28TH
PLACE AND PALMETTO AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florkda passed and adopted December 11, 1972, sakd ordknance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordknance of the Ckty of Sanford, Florida, ~egulating
and restricting the locatkon and use of buLldings, structures, land and water
for trade, kndustry, residence or other purposes, be and the same ks hereby
amended as follows:
Lots 37, 38 & 39, 2nd ADDITION TO PARK VIEW,
according to plat thereef recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 5, Publkc Records of Seminole County, Florida.
be and the same ks hereby placed in GC-2 ( General
Commercial ) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordknances or parts of' ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordknance shall become effective
kmmedkately upon kts passage and adoptkon.
