1232 ORDINANCE NO. 1232
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 19-1 OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE,
SAID AMENDMENT ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
PLUMBING CODE, 1974 REVISION TO THE 1971 EDITION,
AND SAID AMENDMENT FURTHER ADOPTING THE
SCHEDULE OF FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 106.3
(A) OF THE SOUTHERN STANDARD PLUMBING CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 19-1 of the Sanford CEty Code is hereby
mended to read as follows:
"The Southern S~andard PlumbEng Code, 1974 Revision to the 1971
Edition, and the Schedule of Fees in accordance wtth Section 106.3 (a) of the
Southern Standard Plumbing Code are hereby adopted by the CEty, and a copy of
sa~d Code and Schedule of Fees are f~led ~n the office of the CEty Clerk as a matter
of permanent record of the C~ty, and the matters and contents there~n are made a
part of th~s Section by reference as fully and completely as ~f set forth here~n, ~d
such copy shall remain on f~le En sa~d office ava~able for publLc ~spectEon."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances ~n conflint
h~rew~th be and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordnance shall become effective ~med~a~ely
upon its passage and adoption.
