1231 ORDINANCE NO. 1231
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 6~1 OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE,
SAID AiVIENDMENT ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
BUILDING CODE, 1974 REVISION TO THE 1973 EDITION°
AND SAID AMENDMENT FURTHER ADOPTING TIlE
SCHEDULE OF FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 107.4
OF THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY TIrE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 6-1 of the Sanford City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"The Southern Standard Building Code° 1974 Revision t0 the 1973
Edition° and the Schedule of Fees in accordance with Section 107.4 of the
Southern Standard Building Code are hereby adopted by the City, and copy of
said Code and Schedule of Fees are filed in the office of the City Clerk as a
matter of permanent record of the City~ and the matters and contents therein
are made a part of this Section by reference as fully and completely as if set
forth hereino and such copy shall remain on file in said office available for
public inspection."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
