1227 ORDINANCE NO. 1227
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED BETWEEN 27th (FLORIDA) STREET AND DESOTA
DRIVE TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the loca-
tion and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for
trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 7 & 8, Block 22, Dreamwold 4th Section, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effec-
tive immediately upon its passage and adoption.
